Individual therapy is offered to support concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship issues, low self-esteem, etc.

Challenges such as social pressures, academic concerns, peer relationships, stress, anxiety, and depression are among common concerns that we provide support for. We can help you overcome symptoms and guide you through the process of learning new tools and healthy ways of coping with stressors.
We offer online counseling to residents of Colorado and Washington. Online counseling meets you where you are at so you can work on improving your mental health from where you are most comfortable. Online counseling can provide you with greater convenience and can offer many of the same benefits as traditional therapy. Utilize our telehealth services to get started with your desired change.

Therapy is offered in-person at our office in Boulder, CO or remotely via a telehealth platform to clients of Colorado & Washington.
*All clients must be physically located in Colorado or Washington at the time of service.

We will then contact you to offer a 15-minute phone consultation free of charge to answer any questions you may have about therapy and support you in determining if we are the best fit for your needs. We attempt to respond to all treatment requests as soon as possible.

We are out of network with insurance providers but will provide a superbill (a detailed invoice) to you to support reimbursement for services from your insurance company. Please connect with any questions regarding payment for services.
We aim to reduce barriers to counseling by simplifying the process. Once a client, you will receive access to an online portal where you can communicate securely, schedule and modify appointments, and pay electronically. We also provide appointment reminders.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time; however, we require you to notify us of any changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a session fee. This is to ensure our availability for all clients. We offer reminders and online scheduling to assist with scheduling needs.
